• b) Fill in the form for the registration of the paper: This form allows registering the authors of the research, one of the authors must be selected as speaker.
• c) Submit the document with the summary of the research in the established format, in Spanish. Click here to download the summary format.
• d) Do the payment process in the following bank account: Banco de Occidente N° 600901912 Ref. 700. Cuenta de Ahorros.
• e) Enter the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/iBgfjVdhn3kw5N792 and fill the form in order to registrate your payment.

Modalities of Participation

• You can participate in the 5th International Week of Science, Technology and Innovation of the North Region of Santander in the form of oral presentation or poster presentation, for which a summary of the research must be presented.
• The results correspond to the completed research and research advances.
• The poster format must contain the following elements: title, methodology, results, conclusions and bibliography. Click here to download the poster format.
  The poster must be made in canvas material (lona) with metal rods and hanging cord.

Important Notes

• For authors who do not wish to submit the results of the project for publication in the journals associated with the event, the summary will be published in the memoirs of the event with ISSN.
• Researchers can only be main authors of two (2) submitted papers at most. There is no limit for being co-author.
